To enrol your child at Riverside Primary School there are a number of eligibility requirements. Riverside Primary School has a local intake area with defined boundaries and streets (please view below). Please follow these steps to enrol your children:

Step 1. Complete and submit your ‘Application for Enrolment Form’, along with the required documents:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunisation Records from Medicare
• Proof of address (copy of a recent accounts for electricity, water and telephone, bank details)
• Copy of most recent school reports (if applicable)
• Copy of Court Papers (if applicable)
• Overseas students (Passport showing Visa details or copy of Visa)
• For students with special needs and health care requirements any medical documentation

For Kindergarten enrolments please complete the additional Kindy Pre-enrolment Questionnaire and Kindy Session Preference Forms

Step 2. You will receive confirmation from the School either offering you a place (as per the Regulations) or indicating no place is available.

Step 3. If you are offered a place at the School and would like to accept this, please collect an Enrolment Pack from the Administration Office.
