To enrol your child at Riverside Primary School there are several eligibility requirements. Riverside Primary School has a local intake area with defined boundaries and streets. Please use Schools Online or Local Intake Area Riverside Primary School (det.wa.edu.au) to find the school in your local area.
Please complete the Application for Enrolment Form and Health Care Summary document. Copies of the documents are also available at the School Office.
Complete and submit your Application for Enrolment and Health Care Summary Form along with the required documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunisation Records from Medicare
- Proof of address (copy of a recent utility bill or lease agreement within 3 months)
- Copy of Court Papers (if applicable)
- Overseas students (Passport showing Visa details and copy of Visa)
- Health care documentation (if applicable)
You will be advised in writing of the outcome of your application. If accepted, you will be required to complete further enrolment paperwork.
