To enrol your child at Riverside Primary School there are several eligibility requirements. Riverside Primary School has a local intake area with defined boundaries and streets (please view below).

Please follow these steps to enrol your children:

Step 1. Complete and submit your ‘Application for Enrolment Form’, along with the required documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunisation Records from Medicare
  • Proof of address (copy of a recent accounts for electricity, water and telephone, bank details)
  • Copy of most recent school reports (if applicable)
  • Copy of Court Papers (if applicable)
  • Overseas students (Passport showing Visa details and copy of Visa)
  • For students with special needs and health care requirements any medical documentation

For Kindergarten enrolments please complete the additional Kindy Pre-enrolment Questionnaire and Kindy Session Preference Forms

Step 2. You will receive confirmation from the School either offering you a place (as per the Regulations) or indicating no place is available.

Step 3. If you are offered a place at the School and would like to accept this, please collect an Enrolment Pack from the Administration Office.

Please ensure that information given on enrolment is kept up to date. The school should be notified immediately of any change in address, contact numbers, places of employment and emergency (contact) numbers. This information is vital in cases of emergency (e.g. sickness or accident) and is the responsibility of parents and/or legal guardians.
