Our Year 3 students recently participated in the free St John WA First Aid Focus Incursion. It was fantastic to welcome Robyn from St John into our school on Friday September 15th. Robyn helped our Year 3 students learn how to respond in an emergency situation, using DRS ABCD.
Everyone got the opportunity to be a patient and a first responder. The Year 3’s were taught how to keep themselves safe while helping others. They saw a defibrillator and were very grateful for the experience. As always, the behaviour of our students during the presentations was exemplary.
